Jeff Weeks, geometric topologist and cosmologist, is a free-lance mathematician and author of the book The Shape of Space. He is the recipient of several awards, including the MacArthur
Fellowship. The only prerequisites for this talk are curiosity and imagination. For middle school and high school students, people interested in astronomy, and all members of the UM and Ann Arbor communities. More information is available here.
