Connections between some conjectures on subvarieties of abelian varieties
I will explain a few Schottky-type conjectures on subvarieties of complex principally polarized abelian varieties, and their somewhat surprising connection to a different conjecture regarding bounds on the multiplicities of points on theta divisors. Speaker(s): Mihnea Popa (Harvard University)
