Why did you want to become a Creative Mentor? Being a Student Assistant and Creative Mentor means so much to me—being there for students, connecting with them individually, and fostering a creative environment. I want to keep that up and keep giving future students the same joyful, immersive, and inclusive experience.

What hopes do you have for the upcoming year? I hope to give myself enough time and priority to creative things I want to do—possibly short films on my own time, continuing to play my guitar, make video games and taking photos on my camera! Also hoping I can be a positive role model and resource, as well as not procrastinating on assignments as much. I would say I hope to go to 7/11 less, but I can’t help a late-night craving or two.

Is there anything you'd like to say to future LSWA students? Make sure to make time for yourself and take a breather from life once in a while! Sitting on The Hill with a good book at sunset is my favorite wind-down activity. And don’t be afraid to reach out with any questions you have!
