Administrative Coordinator
About
Tina is originally from Long Island, NY. She has lived in Ann Arbor since 1981, and, together with her husband and extended family, raised her family here. She earned a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Eastern Michigan University, and took graduate courses in Higher Ed/Leadership and Counseling there. She worked in the Ann Arbor School District for 15 years, and has been with UM for 15 years as the Program Administrator for Lloyd Scholars for Writing and the Arts. Working with students - big ones, little ones - has been her thing, throughout her career!
At home, she most enjoys spending time with family and friends, and her favorite activities include cooking and sharing meals with loved ones, learning about food history and culture, dabbling in interior design, watching classic and foreign films, reading, walking, and treasure hunting at second-hand shops and garage sales. Pure pride and joy: Being a Mom and a Yia Yia (Grandma).
