Thanks to four LSWA alumni for sharing their desire to connect with new Lloyd Scholars during this unique semester, the LSWA Pen Pal program has begun. This week 23 current students were paired with 23 juniors and seniors to exchange at least three letters or emails this semester. They may choose to continue corresponding beyond this semester.
The goal is for all to have fun growing their LSWA and U-M friendships and resources. The alumni have the chance to share their own experiences and words of wisdom. Who knows, some may bond over similar academic pursuits, creative interests, or their favorite colors?
We hope to continue this optional engagement opportunity in the years to come.
