As the semester wraps up, to get a final participation point, LHSP students will each submit a single piece that they feel is their best creative work. This can be from either Fall or Winter semester, as long as you feel it is your best piece!
How to submit it?
In the LHSP Winter 2015 tab on Ctools, there will be a Drop Box with your name on it. Upload your piece there!
When to submit it?
Your best creative work will need to be in the Drop Box by Friday, April 10.
If it is visual art:
Submit digital files to the Drop Box. If your best work is a physical painting, sculpture, etc., please photograph it and upload the photo. If you run into issues with file size or upload errors, email Jackie Kauza at wolfstar@umich.edu to troubleshoot.
If it is creative writing:
There is no length limit, so submit your work in its entirety, even if it's long. However, please bold the short section (approximately 100 words or so) that you feel is the strongest of the work.
If it is something else:
If your best work is a different media (video, music, recordings of performances, etc.), email Jackie (wolfstar@umich.edu) to discuss options for submission!
What's going to be done with these submissions?
These will be showcased at LHSP's End-of-Year Festival, on LHSP's website and/or monitors located in ALH, in celebration of all the great work LHSP students do! So do make sure your submission is something that you feel comfortable sharing.
