Peer educators from the University of Michigan’s Sexual Assault Prevention and Awareness Center (SAPAC) and the University Health Service’s Sexperteam group conduct Relationship Remix: Workshops on Relationships, Sex, and Choice every fall semester for all first-year students throughout every residence hall on campus, including sessions for off-campus students. Participants are given the opportunity to reflect upon personal values, discuss healthy relationships, and practice skills related to consent.
Students are encouraged to attend the LSWA Relationship Remix and Change it Up! dates and times in effort to participate in these programs with their community.
Students should save the date for the LSWA Relationship Remix session in their calendars. Students will receive an email in August from First Year Experience (FYE) with the link to register for sessions.
If students are not able to attend this session, they are still required to attend both Relationship Remix and Change it Up! and will need to attend the workshops on another date at another time (there are over 200 other options).
