Reserving Posting Walls/Atriums ~ Fall 2021
FACE-COVERINGS: Please adhere to the policy in place that currently requires the use of face coverings when indoors on U-M property regardless of vaccination status. EHS Face Covering Policy
Posting Walls A, B, C, and D in Haven Hall are four built-in tables and benches located in the Haven Hall entrance facing the diag. The Sharepoint calendar is arranged to schedule only one student group organization per table. All reservations are based on first come first serve approvals. Prepackaged foods are the preferred method for bake sales.
Atriums are reservable this Fall you can expect delayed approval process as we review your requests ensuring we are following all the guidelines with EHS specifically events with food.
Our focus is on prioritizing the health and safety of the U-M community while supporting campus needs for another semester.
*Not allowed; amplified sound, music, or performance of any kind in these spaces. The Michigan Unions or LSA classrooms can be rented for such purposes. Michigan Union Events Service can be reached at 734.763.5911.
- Check with the Reservation Calendar to confirm time and space availability.
- Complete the Reservation Request Form.
- Review Rules for your corresponding space.
- Allow for 3 business days to confirm Posting Wall requests. Atrium requests may take up to 5 business days.
