Ground Defense Session


This self-defense workshop takes a holistic approach to self-defense, emphasizing awareness and assertiveness skills as well as physical and verbal strategies to counter violence from the ground. This particular workshop will solely focus on ground defenses or ground fighting. The student will practice how to properly fall to avoid injury if knocked to the ground.

This is not a martial arts course and everyone is welcome to attend, no matter your fitness level or experience with self-defense skills.
