Multiliteracies frameworks have introduced the notion of language use and learning as active engagement in practices of meaning design, which has spurred a renewed interest in creative literacy activities. But how can scholars, educators, and curriculum developers conceptualize creative language in ways that help them to integrate it in their classrooms and curricula with intentionality?
