Iman Sheydaei Baghdadeh

I am a Visiting Assistant Professor at the University of Michigan's Linguistics Department. I finished my Ph.D. in English Language and Linguistics at the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2021. My research explores the intersection between linguistic behavior and ethnic identities. My interests include sociolinguistics, language and identity, language contact, sociophonetics, and dialectology.
