We’re pleased to announce that Kelsey conservator Suzanne Davis has been elected president of the American Institute for Conservation (AIC); she began her two-year term on May 15.
The AIC is the leading membership association for professionals who preserve cultural heritage. AIC supports more than 3,500 individuals in over forty countries around the world working across multiple disciplines including conservation, science, art, history, and education. The organization establishes and upholds professional standards, promotes research and publication, provides educational opportunities, and fosters the exchange of knowledge among conservators, allied professionals, and the public.
