Exhibition Opening Lecture: Studying the Villas of Oplontis: Archives, Excavation, 3D Modeling, and an Exhibition

Dr. John R. Clarke, Professor of Art History at the University of Texas at Austin and Co-director of the Oplontis Project, will deliver the opening lecture, "Studying the Villas of Oplontis: Archives, Excavation, 3D Modeling, and an Exhibition," in celebration of the special exhibition Leisure & Luxury in the Age of Nero: the Villas of Oplontis near Pompeii. Reception to follow at the Kelsey Museum.
