Instrument Shop Hours
Monday - Friday
7:00 AM - Noon
1:00 PM - 3:00 PM
Instrument Shop Usage Guidelines:
· We take shortcodes!
·The Instrument Shop will maintain the locked door policy.
· Make initial requests via email at LSA-ishop@umich.edu or phone 734.764.4458. Consults can then be scheduled with the Supervisor if needed.
· It is requested that Plant Dept. and IT personnel contact the Instrument Shop, during shop hours, before letting themselves in unannounced.
Think of the Possibilities
Our highly skilled instrument team provides custom scientific apparatus from metal and plastic. The facility also houses the Student Shop where students learn to physically use machine tools to create their own experiments.
