In this year of 2017, as the University of Michigan celebrates its bicentennial, the Institute for the Humanities celebrates its 30th anniversary as a center for innovative, collaborative study in the humanities and arts. With this thirty-card set, we highlight a notable event from each year of the institute’s programming, commemorating our past as we also carry forward the heritage of the humanities and bring the voices of humanists to public life.
