Hi everyone! My name is Meghna and I am from Rochester Hills, MI. I am a senior majoring in Sociology of Health & Medicine and minoring in Biology with hopes to become a physician. In addition to being an RA for HSSP, I am also a board member of the Biology Student Alliance, a lead team member of the Alternative Spring Break program, and a Science Learning Center tutor. I am a huge animal lover and have an adorable dog named Leo who I am always bringing up in any conversation :D. I also love spending time outdoors and have a passion for nature-based photography! As someone who originally came from a smaller high school, I was very grateful to be a part of HSSP since the community provided a very welcoming space. There is always someone here to support you!
Describe a way you implement wellness and taking care of yourself?
During the last school year, I started taking advantage of all the different restaurants that are in Ann Arbor. Trying out new food and new cuisines has always been a fun experience. I also love getting bubble tea, especially on a warm day. I am always down to go on a boba run with others!
What is a show that you've watched, a book you've read, or music you've enjoyed recently?
I recently re-read all the Percy Jackson series as a way to hype myself up for the Disney+ show! In fact, my dog, Leo, is named after a PJO character.
