What is a health issue that you are really passionate about, and why?

A health issue I’m passionate about is working to combat rural health disparities in areas where medical care is not easily accessible geographically.

Describe a way you implement wellness and taking care of yourself?

I implement wellness by giving myself space to have self-care days. One day, I was feeling really burnt-out from classes, so I took a day to go do everything I wanted to do that I hadn’t had the time for over the past semester, and it really gave me the chance to detox and start fresh for the week.

What is a show that you've watched, a book you've read, or music you've enjoyed recently?

An album I’ve recently been listening to is SZA’s “Ctrl” and Bryson Tiller’s “Trapsoul”. I went to SZA’s concert in February and have been listening to her music on repeat since then.
