Executive Assistant
About
Kaylee Shelton is the Executive Assistant in the Honors Program. She is responsible for providing high level administrative support to the Director and Associate Director, calendar management, coordinating travel logistics, expense reconciliation, special event management and coordination, assisting with young alumni communications, and handling logistics for the Honors Summer Fellows program.
Kaylee graduated from Central Michigan University in 2011 with a Psychology degree and a double minor in English and Family Studies. Additionally, she has earned a Professional Certification in Human Resources and Workplace Management from Michigan State University. Kaylee continues to work toward certifications in Project Management. Her background includes teaching English as a Second Language and retail management before starting at UM in 2016.
Outside of work, she spends her time with family, reading, and testing new recipes.
