Jason Margolis, Knight-Wallace Fellow, is a Boston-based correspondent with the public radio program PRI’s “The World,” a joint production of the BBC World Service. Jason reports on a range of topics including politics, economics, environmental issues, and immigration reform. He has done extensive reporting from the U.S. border states and Mexico, covering the estimated 11 million undocumented immigrants now living in the U.S. He will be speaking about the political battles over undocumented immigrants, labor problems U.S. farmers face, and the massive build-up of security along the Texas-Mexico border.
