Bio: Hello, my name is Hayden! I’m currently a senior, pursuing a double major in German and EEB. I began my German adventure when I was 14 because of a slight language barrier with my German family friends. Since coming to the University of Michigan, I have taken many German courses and studied abroad in Germany through the Goethe Institute— which was an amazing experience! My German ability has benefited tremendously from the German department and I recommend taking German courses to anyone even slightly interested. Outside of my studies, I am a rower on the Men's Rowing Team and love to spend time fishing, bird watching, or doing anything at all surrounded by nature.
