Fields of study
Plant systematics, phylogenomics, biodiversity informatics
Research Interests
I am interested in plant diversity and its origins, especially in the legume family (Fabaceae/Leguminosae). In my research I use molecular phylogenetics to investigate trait evolution, including patterns of morphological homoplasy and substrate (edaphic) specialization.
