Meg Gibson is a partner in the law firm of Kirkland & Ellis, where she focuses on mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments and fund formations.
At Kirkland, Ms. Gibson serves on the Finance Committee, chairs the Budget Sub-Committee and is an editor of The Kirkland Private Equity Newsletter. Ms. Gibson is also President of the National Board of The Gift of Adoption Fund and a member of the Illinois Board, a member of the Board of Trustees Kenilworth Union Church, a Foundation Board Member of The Rehabilitation Institute of Chicago, a member of the Northwestern Pritzker School of Law Board and serves on the University of Michigan Deans Advisory Council and Economic Leadership Council.
Meg graduated with an AB in Economics and English in 1984 from the University of Michigan and with a JD from Northwestern Pritzker School of Law in 1987. She and her husband and kids live in Winnetka, Illinois.
