Lecture Fund Established in Honor of Professor Rob Van der Voo
With a generous initial gift from Molly Geissman (BSD ’74) and John Geissman (PhD ‘80) a fund in honor of Professor Rob Van der Voo has been established by the University.
This fund, including any additional contributions later added to the fund, will be used to endow the Rob Van der Voo Lecture Fund in the Department of Earth and Environmental Sciences, which will support an annual lecture on a topic related to the evolution of continents, in celebration of Professor Van der Voo’s field of study.* Click here to contribute to the fund online or mail your donation to the Department at:

* If the University has not received $25,000 in aggregate gifts and pledges by June 30, 2016, the University, in its discretion, may expend the entire proceeds at the discretion of the Chair of the Department of Earth and Environmental Sciences in a way deemed appropriate to celebrate the research of Professor Van der Voo.
