"Contextualize Haiti's Demising Situation" | First Annual Symposium

On Friday, Sept. 13, the University of Michigan and Haitian Midwest Scholars Society will host the first annual symposium, "Contextualize Haiti's Demising Situation." The symposium will bring together scholars and specialists in Haitian Studies, filmmakers, photographers and community leaders to discuss current issues relevant to Haiti, the Haitian diaspora, and actors involved in development in Haiti.
