About
Abbey Wolford has been teaching high school mathematics since 2006 after graduating with a BA from Alma College. In April 2011, she earned her Masters Degree in Mathematics from Eastern Michigan University. Soon after, she began teaching at the college level at various community colleges in addition to teaching high school full time and has been doing both ever since. In summer of 2022, Abbey excitedly accepted her position as part of CSP Mathematics team teaching Math 103.
Abbey is happily married and has two children. She enjoys and cherishes spending time with family and traveling when the opportunity provides itself. She enjoys all things active and loves pursuing various athletic ventures. Not all students feel like they naturally excel in mathematics, so Abbey believes someone with both the knowledge, but more importantly, the passion should be guiding minds to engage in all levels of math. She is encouraging and available to help students when needed! Abbey looks forward to a summer of building relationships and creating space for the love of mathematics within each of her students!
