LSA is seeking alumni who are willing to “donate” their social media presence to the college and post as digital fundraising ambassadors throughout the year. Ambassadors will be tasked with posting content on their personal social media networks that features philanthropic calls to action or engagement on behalf of LSA. This content may include fundraising priorities, impact story sharing, fundraising links, and original content (i.e. personal stories of LSA’s impact, why they’ve donated to LSA in the past (if applicable), photos with hashtags, etc.). In return you will be eligible for periodic prizes and recognition from LSA. You will also help impact the future of the college by helping raise needed resources for our incredible students!
Fundraising ambassadors must meet the following requirements:
- Be a U-M LSA alum
- Have at least two personal social media platforms and are willing to post LSA giving content on those platforms. Examples include (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn)
- Ambassadors must have at least 100 followers on each platform they are posting content to and post in ‘public’ mode
- Share content (assigned by LSA Digital Fundraiser and YAC Manager) 1-3 times per month
