Research and Study Abroad for Science, Math and Engineering Concentrators

Wednesday, October 19, 2011
12:00 AM
Couzens Hall Multi-Purpose Room Central Campus (We will have someone at the main entrance to let registered students in to Couzens)

We know international experience is highly valued by employers and grad schools alike, however some science and engineering students believe scheduling difficulties and program requirements make study and research abroad impossible.

Science, mathematics and engineering students who have had study or research abroad experiences will be speaking about their experiences and answering questions.

This event is designed to provide student-perspectives on the numerous research and study abroad opportunities in the sciences and engineering, and proves just how easy it is to go abroad.

This workshop is co-sponsored by the Science Learning Center, LSA Academic Advising and the Women in Science and Engineering (WISE) program.
