We’ve noticed an issue with the Sidekick on the Gateway website when editing. For authors that have Level 2+ access, the Sidekick may display inactive or greyed out if navigating from the Gateway Homepage or the Service Area landing page.

To resolve the issue please follow the steps below:

  • Refresh the browser once you notice the Sidekick isn’t functional. This refresh must be done from the browser, not the Sidekick.
  • If that doesn’t resolve the issue, clear the browser cache and refresh the browser page.

Best Practice: Go directly to the page that needs to be edited from the Project Dashboard instead of navigating through the site in author mode.
