Several users have reported losing entire folders when attempting to delete assets from the Digital Asset Manager (DAM) using the Classic Interface (/siteadmin and /damadmin). Web Services is investigating this issue.
If you need to remove an asset from your DAM- for instance, deleting an image from a slideshow folder- please submit a ticket to email@example.com. Please include the folder path and file name(s) of the asset(s) you want removed.
When it is all clear for users to delete assets, we will post another update on our website. Thank you for your patience.
