Dr. Robert McAfee & Natalie Nunner

Dr. Robert McAffee and student, Natalie Nunner, visited the Mammal Division collections to examine sloths and other basal mammal groups.  In particular, their research is focused on the functionality and origin of a particular mandibular feature found in sloths.  Robert is an assistant professor at Ohio Northern University, whose research has focused primarily on the morphology of fossil mammals.  Natalie is a senior biology major at Ohio Northern.
