Wait I’m not ready!! You are not alone. You do need to act IMMEDIATELY! You will need a device to have with you where you login on the 23rd. If you are accessing U-M systems in multiple locations, that device needs to be able to move around with you.
How can I get a bypass code to use so I can see my email and other weblogin systems on 1/23?
You can call the ITS Service Center, 734.764.4357 and press Option 1. They can also walk you through setting up your cellular, desk phone, tablet or hard token. If you have access to a device you can chat for a code as well.
