Associate Professor David Harding has been named the recipient of the University of Michigan 2011 Henry Russel Award which recognizes "both exceptional scholarship and conspicuous ability as a teacher."  Open to UM faculty of all ranks who have been on campus for no more than six years, it is "one of the highest honors the University bestows upon members of its faculty who are in the early stages of their career."  Congratulations!
