With the continued overproduction of science Ph.D.'s in the U.S., have you considered what your Plan B is? About the Speaker:

Amber Iler is a University of Michigan astronomy graduate and received Masters degrees from Eastern Michigan University in physics and the University of Massachusetts in astronomy. Ms. Iler has more than 18 years of experience in physics and astronomy remote sensing and is currently a senior research scientist with Integrity Applications Incorporated. Ms. Iler is a patent holder for a technique involving the use of lasers and fiberoptics to create a spatial light modulator and has an additional patent pending for a wire-grid polarizer mounting method. Ms. Iler has shown the ability to use her creativity, attention to detail, and technical expertise to consistently provide solutions to challenging remote sensing problems.
