Dani Molina, former ORGSTUDY 310 GSI, received the Center for the Study Higher and Postsecondary Education's 2011 Dimond Outstanding Dissertation award.

This award is bestowed for the doctoral dissertation considered to be the most outstanding, completed in the higher education program during the previous calendar year.

The selection committee members noted Dani's “conceptual contribution and the strength and intensity of [your] ethnographic fieldwork.” Her scholarship's originality as well as its contributions to recent developments in organizational theory were also acknowledged.
