In order to provide more timely support during the busyness of the next month, hours of support provided by the LSA IT Service Desk will be extended. Phone (734.936.3279) and email (firstname.lastname@example.org) support will now be provided 8:00am to 9:00pm Monday through Thursday, 8:00am to 5:00pm on Fridays, and email only support will be provided Sundays 6:00pm to 9:00pm. We began piloting these expanded service hours Monday, August 25 and will continue through Friday, September 26 (closed for Labor Day, September 1).
Based on level of usage during this pilot, on-going hours of operation of the Service Desk may be adjusted. While the Service Desk can assist with many different types of computer issues, some issues may need to wait until the next business day depending on the nature of expertise required to resolve them.
