LSAIT will be performing its annual spring maintenance
LSAIT will be performing standard maintenance on the LSA Linux and Windows servers the weekend before Spring Break. These servers may be temporarily unavailable starting at 7:00 am on Saturday, March 1st. All LSA servers are expected to fully return to service by 3:00 pm, Saturday, March 1st.
We will be applying software updates, decommissioning some servers, and performing hardware maintenance. During the maintenance window, among other things, you may not be able to access certain LSA Windows services like your H: drive (your home space), your S: drive (your department space), or any files stored in the group or lab spaces from any type of machine (e.g., Windows PC, Macintosh, Unix). College web servers and software license servers will also be periodically unavailable.
The following services will be affected by this maintenance:
- License Servers
- SharePoint Services
- Web Services (CMS, Sites, and Webapps)
Also, these services could be briefly impacted by this maintenance:
- College File Services
- Red Hat Satellite Services
