Aman Kumar, who completed his dissertation on Aspects of Hindi Syllable Structure in 2005, currently works as a Senior Computational Linguist at BCL Technologies. BCL Technologies works broadly in document creation, conversion and extraction and its research arm works in computational linguistics areas such as neural networks, fuzzy logic, document analysis, information retrieval, database technologies and natural language query processing.  Aman has been involved in several federally funded grant projects, patents and publications. 
Recently, Aman and BCL's CEO, Hassan Alam, were interviewed by Science News Radio Network on their research work on multilingual author Identification in online text.
