Please make sure to update your iClicker software to version 7.17 as soon as possible. Canvas will shortly be making changes to the interface that will break the sync functions with older iClicker versions. In particular, the changes will break the roster syncing function. Additionally, this contains prior updates that fix issues like the software crashing on Macs during presentations (version 7.15), removing pop-ups for iclicker.com registrations (7.14), and others. Download (Note: If you are on a newer Mac running OSX 10.11 or higher, please use a Windows machine to download the software onto a flash drive, and copy it over to your computer. It will not work from a direct download from the web!)
How to update:
Option 1: You may update your current software using the built in updater in the software. On the main screen in the software, click on the "Help" menu, then click on "Check for Update" and follow the instructions. Note: The update process will *not* impact your saved sessions.
Option 2: LSA instructors who use the classroom podiums may come to our office at 2014 MLB during business hours (9am-5pm) for a flash drive with the new software.
Option 3: BlueCorps consultants are available to provide assistance with the update in the LSA Instructional Support Services Media Center (2001 MLB) from 10am-4pm, Monday through Friday. You may also email them at email@example.com for assistance.
