On November 8 the University of Michigan will kick off the Victors for Michigan campaign, one of the most ambitious fundraising campaigns in the history of higher education. This historic initiative starts with the heart of our university—the faculty and staff who dedicate themselves to excellence at Michigan. Please join students, donors, alumni, campaign volunteers, and other members of the community as we celebrate the launch of the Victors for Michigan campaign. This includes:
- A campus-wide outdoor celebration from 5 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. on Ingalls Mall.
- A unique live show in Hill Auditorium at 8 p.m., when Campaign Chair Stephen Ross and I will join students from across the university who will reveal, through their personal stories, why Michigan needs victors.
- An after-party on Ingalls Mall.
The Victors for Michigan campaign will raise funds for student financial support, for engaged learning outside the classroom, and for innovative, bold ideas to help solve the world’s complex problems.
Please join me as we celebrate all that makes us proud of this exceptional university and what we aspire to help it achieve.
