Summer Book Author Claude Steele

Dean Claude Steele from Stanford University, will visit the School of Education on September 27th. He is the author of "Whistling Vivaldi: How stereotypes affect us and what we can do", which is the book chosen as the summer read for our incoming graduate students. 

Dean Steele will give a presentation from 12:00-1:00 in the Whitney on Friday, Sept. 27th.  If you would like to read his book before his visit, we have some extra copies in the Ed Studies office. Please contact for details.
