Rotation
is a sculptural video installation that places the spectator within the work itself. The piece includes three tube TVs playing different forms of self made media and a distorted human voice. The piece seeks to capture the cyclical way in which we perceive media today, and how the rapid recycling of images leads to the disappearance of viewing history. Playing off ideas of excess materiality, Rotation shows and is built from obsolete technology.
