On Thursday, November 21, Dawn Hollison's FTVM 304: Media Off the Wall class performed Greg Pope's Light Trap in the Red Room of the NECTO. As students harnessed the mechanisms of cinema - projector, film, and audio - they created an evolving sculptural experience of light and sound. Audience members were able to watch the students creating the outcome while simultaneously experiencing it.

Earlier this year, on Thursday, October 12, 2017, in Space 2435, FTVM 304 presented "Line Describing a Cone," a solid light film by Anthony McCall. As visitors entered the exhibit, they became a part of the film's time, light, and space, creating a dynamic projection-based piece of art.
