Graduate study at the University of Michigan offers an opportunity to engage in research that explores and shapes the world around us. The Earth & Environmental Sciences Ph.D. program invites junior and senior undergraduate students, particularly from backgrounds traditionally underrepresented in sciences, to visit us for a preview event. The event, from November 10-12, 2016, is an all-expenses paid opportunity to explore the PhD program, participate in admissions workshops, meet and interview with faculty members and current graduate students in the program. Students in the Earth and Environmental Sciences, Geology, and from the associated fields of Chemistry, Biology, and Physics are encouraged to apply to learn what a Michigan Ph.D. could mean for you.
