12:00 AM
Rackham Auditorium

Featuring Gail Carr Williams

Friday, August 14, 2015, the Comprehensive Studies Program (CSP) will hold a symposium celebrating the 40th year of the University of Michigan's Summer Bridge Program. The symposium and reception takes place at Rackham Auditorium from 1:00pm-5:00pm. This celebration includes a keynote speech from Gail Carr Williams (A.B. ’79), an alumnus of the very first Summer Bridge class in 1975. We will also highlight current students’ successes and celebrate alums representing the past 40 years by inviting them back to the place where it all began. As part of the University of Michigan, we invite all stakeholders and partners of U-M to participate in this milestone event as we continue to build success through community.

Schedule:
1-2 Poster Presentation from current Summer Bridge students
2-3:30 Symposium (featuring Gail Carr Williams)
3:30-5pm Reception
