COURSE OPPORTUNITY: IHPI is Offering an Online Learning Opportunity (Deadline: N/A)

The U-M Institute for Healthcare Policy and Innovation (IHPI) is sponsoring an exclusive online learning opportunity about the U.S. healthcare system from October 8 – November 16 that may be of interest to students!

Students have a special opportunity to gain an overview of the U.S. healthcare system in an inter-professional campus-wide, massive open online course (MOOC) focused on U.S. health policy. Students should anticipate a light-to-moderate workload (approximately 2 hours/week, depending on the level of engagement for the student). Students can either participate as "open learners," or receive one credit for participation by enrolling in PUBHLTH 626 on Wolverine Access.

All U-M students are welcome, at all learning levels (professional, graduate, undergraduate). This course will bring principles and challenges of the U.S. healthcare system to learners in an accessible way, and will encourage them to examine their own assumptions and experiences.

Please visit the IHPI website for more information and the sign-up link. Please share this information with your students as appropriate.
