I will present the early stages of a self-consistent treatment of the physics of weak decoupling, weak freeze-out, electron-positron annihilation, and big bang nucleosynthesis in the context of neutrinos. We are developing our code burst to investigate a large dynamic range of physics in cosmology. For the first time, we self-consistently couple a neutrino energy transport code to a BBN network to investigate the changes in primordial abundances as a result of non-thermal neutrino spectra. We study beyond standard-model physics with burst, including neutrino magnetic moments, dark matter, and sterile neutrinos.
