Near Eastern Studies has invited Professor Guy Stiebel, an archaeologist and classicist from Tel Aviv University to lecture on Herod and his building projects (with a focus on Masada, for Which Steibel is the leading excavator).
The Department of Classical Studies is a co-sponsor of this lecture.
