Recent excavations at Gabii cast a whole new light on the formation processes of Roman cities. Thanks to its early abandonment, Gabii preserves a range of archaic and mid-republican remains that are normally very difficult to explore.
FAST lectures are free and open to the public.
Sponsored by the Interdepartmental Program in Classical Art and Archaeology
and the Kelsey Museum of Archaeology.
