“Of Wine, Rice and Ancient Cities” Tiny Talk by Laura Motta

The 5th annual “Fast Food for Thought” brought together 10 interdisciplinary faculty members from across campus to give a series of fast-paced talks (5 minutes each) related to food and/or agriculture.

U-M is home to the largest collection of ancient papyri in North America. Rackham Associate Dean Arthur Verhoogt discusses the archive and his book about it, which was recently honored with the University of Michigan Press Book Award.
