Cross-Cultural Psychology in Prague

On this 3-week program in May, examine how cultural differences in developmental, social and educational areas affect individual behavior and critically compare psychological research from specific countries. The theoretical section of the course introduces major theories and the latest research on cross-cultural psychology. Psychology majors and BCN majors can use this course to fulfill certain major requirements and should consult with their academic advisor. To help deepen students’ understanding of the intersections between critical thinking, intercultural competence, and cross-cultural psychology, a variety of excursions are planned for their learning experience in Prague.  Students live and attending class near Prague’s historic Wenceslas Square.
